I. General provisions
Please read these Terms of use carefully before using the VRMAX.BG website. These terms are an AGREEMENT between you and VRMAX.BG, giving you the right to use the website’s services free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions below. They are binding only in the relationship between you, as a User of the website’s services, and VRMAX.BG. By accessing the website you agree to be bound by these Terms of use and undertake to comply with them.
VRMAX.BG is a website — a virtual information resource on the Internet — owned by ВИ АР МАКС ЕООД. It is an information page through which the USER can learn about the services provided by ВИ АР МАКС ЕООД and find contact details. The services of ВИ АР МАКС ЕООД are provided physically to clients: at a VR venue, or by organising a VR birthday party, VR team building or VR event.
The website is not an online shop or a site for buying products or services directly, and it does not sell or offer any products or services. It serves to inform users about the nature and characteristics of the products and services described.
If you do not agree with all of the terms below, please do not use VRMAX.BG.
II. Definitions
1. “USER” means any natural person who uses any of the services of the VRMAX.BG website.
2. The “SERVICES” of the website include: access to the information resources and data provided through a web browser; a contact form for entering contact information, which generates a message directly to staff of ВИ АР МАКС ЕООД; and other services that VRMAX.BG develops.
3. “PARTNER” means any person in a contractual relationship with VRMAX.BG who is entitled to provide information about their goods or services to Users of the website.
4. “DIRECT MARKETING” means offering goods and services to Users by post, telephone, email or other direct means, as well as surveys about the goods and services offered.
III. Rights
1. VRMAX.BG holds the copyright in all materials on the website, except where another author or source is explicitly stated or the information is publicly available. Copying information from the website, electronically or otherwise, including onto other websites, is not permitted without the express written consent of VRMAX.BG.
2. VRMAX.BG reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice.
3. VRMAX.BG may display, send, load and present any advertising materials to its users. Advertisers alone are responsible for the content of all advertisements and the trademarks concerned. VRMAX.BG accepts no responsibility for the content of advertising materials in any form.
4. VRMAX.BG may collect, store, process and use data on how all its users use the service, in order to resolve problems in its computer systems.
5. VRMAX.BG may change the technology and design of the services provided, and suspend or add services, without prior notice.
6. VRMAX.BG may terminate a USER’s access to any part of its services or any related service at any time, without giving reasons, with or without notice, at its discretion.
7. VRMAX.BG is entitled to compensation for all damages, costs and third-party claims resulting from a breach of these terms and/or unauthorised use of the website’s services.
8. VRMAX.BG reserves the right to amend these Terms of use at any time.
9. VRMAX.BG may place links, banners and other advertising for goods and services offered by VRMAX.BG or third parties on any page of the website, including links and banners pointing to websites outside the control of VRMAX.BG.
IV. Confidentiality
1. VRMAX.BG is a personal data controller under the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
2. VRMAX.BG undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of personal data provided by users online through completed requests. Disclosure is possible only where the user has personally entered the data in public fields of the form, or where the information is requested by state authorities or officials empowered by law to request and collect information containing personal data, in accordance with the statutory procedure.
3. VRMAX.BG may provide collected statistical information on website traffic to advertisers and advertising agencies that track clicks and other user actions on their banners and links, prepare internal statistics, and use it for direct marketing purposes (its own and its Partners’).
4. By accepting these Terms of use, the User agrees to the processing of the personal data provided in the request form for direct marketing purposes. The User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing by writing to VRMAX.BG at [email protected].
5. Sending information about changes to the terms of use of the website is not considered direct marketing.
V. Limitation of liability
1. The services of VRMAX.BG are provided “as is”. ВИ АР МАКС ЕООД accepts no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, failure to deliver or save a USER’s personal settings, or for damages and lost profits resulting from use of the Services or inability to use them due to technical problems, maintenance, etc. ВИ АР МАКС ЕООД is under no obligation to meet any particular or specific needs or requirements of USERS.
2. VRMAX.BG is not responsible for discrepancies between information published on VRMAX.BG, on other websites it links to, or offered by suppliers or traders of the chosen product or service. VRMAX.BG is not responsible for subjective perceptions and interpretations of the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information on this website.
3. VRMAX.BG is not responsible for information (including its completeness and accuracy) on websites to which this website links.
4. VRMAX.BG provides its services “as is” and is not responsible for the reliability, number and type of features included, conditions of access, provision of help and instructions, or other parameters.
5. VRMAX.BG accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the related services.
6. VRMAX.BG is not responsible for technical errors or omissions, or for any problems arising from random technical factors or malicious actions of third parties.
Bulgarian law applies to all matters not covered by these Terms of use.
